These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the New Tab Dashboard browser extension and the related website (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Extfy.com ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

New Tab Dashboard replaces your browser's new tab page with a customizable dashboard that includes features such as bookmarks, notes, to-do lists, weather, clock, countdowns, quotes, and backgrounds. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Service (such as syncing your settings across devices) require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current information when signing up.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

The Service lets you create and store content such as notes, to-dos, bookmarks, custom backgrounds, and feedback ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content. You agree not to upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.
• Use the Service to violate any laws or third-party rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks that host it.

• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful code.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services (for example, weather data providers, image sources, or the Chrome Web Store). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content (other than your User Content), is owned by Extfy.com and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Extfy.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
